The best way to maximize this room’s potential is to paint it with neutral colors and install new curtains. Hang a painting or two on the wall, place a window seat and place a rug in the center.
Bathrooms tend to get dirty quite fast. Most of your efforts will be spent in cleaning this room. Once you have cleaned the grout from the tiles, it’s time to make the space visually appealing. First of all, install a new mirror above the sink, one with a frame. Place white and ivory hand towels near the sink, and in a bowl, place three to four colorful crystal soaps.
Most people spend thousands of dollars in renovating the kitchen and never get the cost back in the sale price. Here’s what you can do:
- Get the cabinets repaired.
- Retouch them with wood polish.
